A joint effort between WatchDog.MD Community, the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (Africa), and Cofacts (East Asia), the project tracked and analyzed anti-democratic messages spread on social platforms, which threaten public trust and democratic participation.<\/p>\n<p>In Moldova, between October 22 and November 19, 2023, WatchDog.MD identified 349 disinformation posts, with narratives like the &#8220;failure of PAS\/Sandu government&#8221; (164 posts), &#8220;Moldova&#8217;s loss of sovereignty and independence&#8221; (102 posts), and &#8220;Nazism and persecution of minorities&#8221; (25 posts).
